Broken antenna bracket
 

I broke my antenna bracket trying to remove the antenna for a car wash. Before I bother buying a replacement or trying to fix it, I'm considering alternatives like a hidden antenna - the kind that mounts somewhere inside the car on the A pillar or behind the windshield or something. Has anybody done this, what did you choose, where did you mount it, and how well does it work?
