it's on the 2nd line 101,384 km (62,997 mi)
oil is in the top right corner. Dexos I Gen 2 5W30. (Kirkland brand)
I hauled a ton of wood a few times. I wonder if that's enough to do it.

I hacked together a new cover for my rear climate control intake. Looks like the old one broke off before I got my hands on the van.
The frame is from the packaging of a circular saw blade and the mesh I had on hand from another project. Mesh and frame are held together with construction adhesive and it attaches with four small self tapping screws.

Pulled out the diff today. Going to put in a helical gear limited slip. . I already put new bearings on the new diff. Torquing the left hand ring gear bolts might be difficult because I don't have a good vice to hold it. It took 140psi in my thunder gun to break the bolts loose.

ahh the lunch box locker. hope it doesn't chatter too much.

Same brand that makes the lunchbox lockers but this is a new full case all gear limited slip like the Truetrac or Torsen. This is the family van so I hope it's mild. I was torn between this, the Truetrac, or a G80 and the price dropped so I went for it. I'll let you know how it goes on pavement but it might take some time to get it on dirt.

Got everything together last night and went for a short drive and made a few sharp turns. It does seem mild. I'll have to ask my wife if she even notices. Went together with the same shim as factory with the same backlash (about.007") and a good pattern.
In other news the Cooper AT3's seem to be wearing faster than I'd like.
