2000 express 1ton

Right side bank cold. Left side hot. No power. Could the right side cat be plugged up?

Absolutely. A plugged right-side catalytic converter is a very likely cause for those symptoms.

That was it. I removed the O2 sensor before the right cat and the right side started working. Thanks for the info.
