2007 chev mini van 2 codes

i have a 2007 mini van uplander ls 3900 v6.it has 2 codes showing. runs very ruff. ok at hwy speeds . doesnt want to idle worth a flip. codes PO449 and po300. can anyone shed a light on this. Thanks chuckgroome@aol.com
