350 tapping noise after melling 22200 cam replacement
 

For context, I recently replaced my cam in my Chevy 350. Replaced with with a double roller timing chain and the works.

started it up and it’s making this sound.

it won’t make the sound lower end in the rpm range. And the vehicle has been sitting for over a year now. Any ideas what it could be?
