Bolt size spare tire mount

Does anyone know the size of the bolts holding the spare tire mount to the tailgate on a 2002 4 door 4x4 Tracker?
The tailgate didn’t have a mount for a spare and I am fabricating a jerry can rack to fit in the same holes.
