Help decoding 350 block # VH314695
 

I have a 350, the cast number shows 87-95 2 or 4 bolt main, with 1 piece seal. It is not the original motor, so VIN is not helpful. I am trying to decode the block code VH314695. Those websites I looked at did not show a VH. Would appreciate if anyone can help ID it. Thanks
