maniforld stove

I am looking for a manifold stove for a 307 small block chev engine about 1968. This shield covers the drivers side manifold and heats the air. It then goes to the underside of the air breather to heat the air entering the carburetor. This shield should fit a 283, 307 or 327 as they are the same block. The manifolds may be a little different. None of the usual car parts locations seem to be able to find this part. Any suggestions?

Heated air intake was an early smog control idea. I have no idea why anyone would want to replace it on an old vehicle, that likely doesn't need to be smog-tested.

You will be better off simply plugging off the air-cleaner housing inlet, and let cold air in, since heated air systems just plug up your air filter faster.

Try Classic Industries. They do restoration parts and have an on-line catalog. You might find something there but it might also be a complete manifold which would be a significant investment.
