Please Identify 79 454 Choke
 

OEM 1979 454 Carb and choke assembly. I think it had some sort of heat tube to operate it. Can't find anyone who knows about these. Carb needs work. What can I replace it with that is as good or better than stock. Can I retro with an electric choke? Please help.
