Power seats keep slipping

My '00 Silverado's power seats keep sliding back & forth an inch or two at stops & starts. It pretty irritating especially when I am trying to drink a cup of coffee on my way to work. Does anyone know if there is some sort of adjustment/repair that will correct this problem?

yah, change your slides. i have the same problem, however, for me its going to cost me a few hundred to fix it. so i haven't gotten around to it yet. maybe go to your local reckers, you'll be able to pick them up for a tenth of the price, if they have them.
