Radio cuts out
I purchased a 2011 Chevy Traverse 2 months ago. I am having CONSTANT issues with the radio cutting out and the message "Aux Input Device" showing on the radio display. There is nothing plugged into the auxiliary plug in. I can push the "Band" button to make it go back to the radio but it will inevitably cut out again. I am going absolutely crazy and certainly having buyers remorse. HELP!

I am having the exact same issue in my 2010 Traverse purchased a few days ago. Have been searching all over for a solution. Can anyone help?? Extremely frustrating.

I had one with this issue...the aux socket was loose and you could wiggle the socket a great deal with the input cord plugged in. It was under warranty so I replaced the radio and the problem was solved. if your out of warranty you may want to tear into the radio to see if the input plug can be tightened up

Not sure about your exact model, but frequently the receptacle for the Aux has a set of Contacts, and moisture can get in it and screw things up. I've inserted a plug in/out several times, and sorta massaged them, it got things working again. Maybe this will help?

Any Luck?
I am having the same issues listed above with my new Captiva. Did anyone find a solution to this problem?
