Right front brake caliper sticking
 

I replaced front brake pads, rotors, calipers and hoses. My RF brake caliper is still sticking. I can hit the brakes hard and engage the anti-lock system and it' releases until I stop again. It doesn't lock every time? I had one RF caliper warrantied already, no help.
Could Speed sensors be the cause?
