Shifting issues with my transmission

I have a 2001 Chevy Silverado V8 5.3 Vortec. Recently in the past two weeks it started having transmission shifting issues I can start off in Drive and when it gets to 35 miles an hour or 3500 RPMs accelerator on the RPMs shoots all the way up to 6,000 if I let off the gas it'll slide into number 3 number 4 and number 5 at barely wants to go into them gears I've also noticed when I'm already moving if I pull the shifter down to three instead of Dr or D it does not even engage what can be causing this issue also my oil pressure gauge is shooting up to 75 when normally would it floored it only does about 65 on the Gage and I've also noticed that once it is moving it has to be at least thirty-five hundred RPMs to even engaged 3rd 4th or 5th

Is the speedometer reading erratic?
