Stuck on defrost and...
 

Hello, my names Max.

I recently bought a 1995 chevy K1500 5.0L Z71 5-Speed Manual.

I have been trouble shooting some small things in the last few days including a werrrrrrring sound (I could almost say failed barring, though not sure) and was told maybe Power Steering pump. Well spent my day today changing that out and still have my sound. I should have looked closer cause now I just replaced a good pump.

Anyways, me and my dad hear it in the trany area... mid section of the truck but also kept in mind it could be just resonating from the front of the truck back through the frame. Just curious what you guys think cause im lost and also new to manual transmissions...

I also have a tick in the cluch which I have ruled to be a throwout bearing. (posting this just cause the more I think of it, it could be the trany wering and this may help make sense of my situation and as I said, i am new to the manuals.)

Thanks for what you guys can tell me about that ahead of time. Also, as posted in the title, i started with my blower moter only working on max. I tracked down the relay and changed that. Now i have all speeds for the blower. I am now tracking down why my "blender door" is stuck in defrost no matter where I turn my dial. I have not had a chance to look into much detail here. Thoughts on this one?
