Suburban loses power when turning key

I get short when i turn the key. I can take the relay out and turn the key without shorting, and I can jump the relay and turn the engine with the starter with the key off , when i jump the relay with the key on than the car shorts out, any ideas? Thanks so much for your help. Battery good, fuses good, starter good, ground good. Thanks again.

OK I found it!! While lookin for the PCU and the BCM fuses and stuff there is a hidden fuse box belowe the big one under the hood. While lookin for it i bump the main power wire to the positive connection and the cars lights turned on because i had just shorted it out and it was dead. Crazy. So I guess i need a new power wire there. I saw a video about the negative cable going through a sensor and costing seventy five bucks... maybe ill try cutting this one out and replacing the bolt part that screws into the battery. Car was down say too long!
