Throttle body butterfly

Just a quick question what should the butterfly be set at. I assume closed but not to the point where it's sticking. This is on a 98 thaoe. Thanks for any input

You don't adjust the butterfly, why are you messing with it? And, is it sticking, or was that just a question out of curiosity?

One time about 6 months ago I screwed with the torqs screw after cleaning it. I was just curious if I set it back correct IE closed but not sticking
