Default Won't start after swap

I did an engine & harness swap on my 92 c1500. The new engine & harness is from a 99 Tahoe 5.7. I can't get power to the starter but everything else seems to work fine. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

so it won't crank? no crank and no start are completely different. Hard to say depending how complete and which harness/es you changed but most starter circuits are pretty simple, battery, ign switch, starter relay and starter.

i would check the wiring from your ignition switch through to the fuse panel ,starter fuse ,neutral safety switch ,wiring harness through the firewall and starter relay out to the starter.that year the starter wiring colour is purple.your best bet is to get a wiring schematic and follow through the wiring harness.
