2008 Impala

I need help. My Impala is chewing through my tires. I have gone through 3 sets of tires in like 3 years. Awful!!! I know there are camber issues with 7th and 8th generation Impalas. Has anyone had any luck with camber bolts?

Front and rears? I would start with a visit to a GOOD Alignment shop. Not a tire shop, but a place that specializes in alignments. I've had stuff done wrong/missed at a tire shop. It's their business to primarily sell tires. The toe could be wrong, and I would get a 4 wheel alignment.

the rear springs sag and put the toe setting out. as the springs sag the camber goes negative(tire in at the top) and the toe negative (tire out in the front) The negative camber may be out of spec but the wear is from the toe setting. I have seen the camber be out negative 1* and not cause camber wear...the wear pattern is always toe wear. a knowledgeable alignment tech can access the camber and if not to bad...correct the toe and let it go. The proper repair is to replace the springs to restore the ride height.

eccentric bolt kits are another option but do not correct the ride height.

How many miles have you gone in 3 years?

Thanks for posting pictures of the tread wear patterns. That was really helpful in diagnosing your problems.
