2009 impala

I have a 2009 impala 4t65e transmission it has reverse 1rst slips in second and no 3rd or 4rth the man i bought it from says it just started doing that one day any body who could help me with this

Sounds like the transmission is slipping. Might be why the guy sold the car. Could be an expensive repair.
