New to me '09 Impala LT

I just purchased an '09 Impala LT with 83,000 mile on it. It has the 3.5L V6 non flex fuel version. I got a really good deal on it, but about 3 days after I purchased it the door locks started acting goofy.

The lock motors act like they want to unlock or lock the doors but just doesn't quite make it. This is from the remote and the door switch. Battery voltage is 12.8 volts and the remote will open the trunk and remote start the car, so it isn't a remote paring issue.

Since it affects all the doors equally I'm thinking either a bad ground or a common relay.

Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.
