speed control/compressor fuse blowing 90k5
 

can anyone figure out why the fuse 25amp that the a/c defrost and speed control module that controll the rear wheel antilock keep blowing. switch the heater control to a/c or defrost it blows leaves me with no speedo and error on computer is 24 no speed input.
i changed the whole a/c unit converted to 134a . checked the wiring and all looks good.it seems when the compressor iss turned on it blows but the problem is not there can it be a wire short , a drac problem.
can anyone figure it out
