06 malibu key fob, door locks, power mirrors, radio
 

I recently got this car and from my grandmother. At the point of getting the car the following was an issue. The key fob would not always work and typically only worked to lock the doors and noww does not work at all, The power mirrors do not move, the radio has power and seems to function however there is no volume, the door locks only work when putting the car in park or drive or by using the key on the drivers outside door lock. And help would be awesome.

Sounds like the battery in the fob was weak when you bought it (only the locks worked) and then just died completely (then nothing worked). Buy a new one and that should do it.
