06 SS engine code
 

hey guys i got an 06 SS with 3.9 have a p2070 code
says intake man tuning valve stuck open doesnt seem to affect anything except when the ce light is on the remote start wont work. :( also im gettin ****ty gas mileage where is this tuning valve?? and can it just be cleaned out or should i replace it??? thanks

ok i did some research i found where the valve is now all i need to know is can it just be cleaned out ?

how did you fix this

there is a bulletin to inspect for a missing bushing that supports one end of the valve. If its missing the fix is to replace the entire valve assembly.

if the bushing is in place; its either wiring, ecm or the valve itself...the valve being the most likely problem.

Check the fuse that supplies power to the valve as a start.
