2002 Malibu Starts, Doesn't Turn On
Not sure of the best way to explain this. I have a 2002 Chevy Malibu with an intermittent issue. The car starts and drives, but the lights, gauges on the dash, air conditioning and radio take a minute or more to turn on. I can not see a pattern or a cause... any ideas?

Wow, Finally another malibu with the same problem as mine. I am very interested to see if any one can help us.... If you find an answer will you please Please Please post the solution, as I will do the same for you. Mine has got more and more common to do this, however when I take it to the shop, the D$*! thing won't mess up. They say they have looked all through their resources and looked at the Technical bullitins on ALLDATA. Just a big headache and not sure when it will just not work. VERY DISTURBING.
