2012 malibu App for smartphone
I have downloaded the latest app from on-star for my android phone but it does not include a button for remote start for my 2012 malibu. All other things work (door lock/unlock, fuel remaning etc..) but no Remote start. Does any one else have this problem on the 2012 malibu? I talked to the dealer about this and he didn't know why the start button is not there.

From what I understand, if your car did not come with factory remote start(on key Fob) it will not appear... |
The remote start is factory installed and included on the key fob. I have questioned on-star and have not heard back from them.
