Remote start feature 2004 Malibu LT
 

I bought my wife a used 2004 Malibu Lt. It has no Key fob, just a key. The radio menu has a question on it "REMOTE START ON or OFF". Does this mean this car is equipped with a remote start? Is there somewhere I can look to see if it have this feature? My dealers is as confused as I am about this? I want to order another key and remote.

if u can post the vin# i will fun a GMVIS on it to see wat options u have and email u the list and rpo codes.

Anybody knows an easy way to find out if the remote start system is installed in the Malibu 2004?

Now I know my car does have the RS system installed.

It's been a year since I bought the car and I never fixed the keyless entry/security system, oh well.
