1995 Lumina Cuts off at operating temp

Because I didn't want to hijack silentvoice71 post, so Im starting a new one. I search thru the forum but was not able to find anything related or any probable solutions. As any good mechanic would do (i think) look for advice or read other experiences.

Yesterday I was doing some morning business, picking up parts and else, driving back I stopped at a red light and the car felt like it was low on fuel stumbled and cut off, still with 1/4 tank. To make the story short I push it into a gas station Put some gas and started fine, got home. Great it needed some fuel. WRONG

Going out again from home it immediately cut off this time I could not make it start well left there and walked home 2 min on foot. :) The thing it it did not wanted to start hot (tried), but it does fine cold, I was thinking that the same as silentvoice71 could be happening to me but.

BTW the day was hot, the A/C on, no radio on, driving normal no speeding or hard acceleration. This is the second time this happens first to my mom and now me two times in a row.

This are the test I have made so far:
Ignition Spark OK
Wires are NEW resistance within spec
Coil Pack New Resistance within spec
Fuses all fine
fuel pump relay working
The whole engine Fine it been rebuilt with new sensors ($$OEM$$)

The only thing not replaced Fuel Filter and Fuel pump (suspects)

After two hours was able to started and move it back home.

Sorry for the long story.:D

Edit: Installed new fuel filter, we'll see how it behaves tomorrow.
