1998 LS dual exhaust

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and i recently inherited a 98 ls with only 85k on it. I now have 89k on it and ive done most the maintenance to make it last for a good while. It's a clean looking white one with only a few dings, nothing too bad. Paint shines and looks sleek. I wanted to start doing a few things to make it MY car and not my uncles. First, i want a dual out on the rear. does anybody know where i could get one? or if anyone has done one and drawn it up? Thanks guys.

I am a newbie to this forum so am going to ignore your editorial comment. RE: dual out project. Good idea because it will improve the MPG's and improve the performance of the engine. However, I don't think it is good to try to make one up at the local muffler shop or to go aftermarket because of the expense and the thing will never fit right and will rattle. After taking measurements of your current exhaust system, Go to a salvage yard and find a 98 Lumi with factory duals or a Monte Carlo of that same era with factory duals. see if they will bolt on . I think the years 98-2001 will interchange, but verify that. A GM dual will fit right, bolt on easily, and should be cheap from a salvage yard. When, and if, you post in the future, please always give your car's year , model, and engine. Why? The answer often depends on what your model and engine is--3.1, 3.4L, 3.8L ,etc.
