mounting an amp on a 2002 silverado?

My ride is a 2002 SilveradoLS 4X4
Im installing a new stereo and need ideas on how to mount a simple Amp? I hope not to lose the back seat floor space.I alsowould not like to lose my back seat permanently

Any ideas please email me thanks guys
