Hello all new to the boards maybe looking for advice or parts in the Oklahoma area and I have a crazy project going I have a 02 single cab long bed truck that's just worn out the other day I happened into a 02 1500 HD 4x4 with a 6 liter that runs good drives good but the cab is trashed........ I know I'm probably going to get tore up for this one but here's my game plan I'm going to take my good cab off of my single cab and put it on the crew cab chassis then build a custom 10 ft long wide bed to fill up the extra space from the crew cab that way I get the 6 liter 4 L 80 14-bolt and all the benefits of the 1500 HD also planning to paint it red and black with 64 to 66 Chevy truck bed side trim and eventually put it on 37 inch hmmwv and Wheels
