Crinkling new paint.
 

Replaced the rockers (sills) and resprayed with 2 pack primer, basecoat (acrylic) and 2 pack clear coat. I managed to damage the paint by dribbling cavity paint. I rubbed the damage down and first basecoat went on well. Second applied 2 hours later (air drying in the open on a mild winters day in the UK) it's crinkled. Can anyone advise what I did wrong....please
