i want to turn my gold emblems on the front and rear of my avalanche into black. whats the best way to go about changing my emblem colors? i would just buy black ones, but they are like $80 for 2 on ebay and the other websites online dont really show me the pictures to see what im actually getting. i heard to buy vinyl, but how does it stick? i also heard to buy Plasti Dip which turns it to a rubber coating, but then it wont be the texture im gonna want...i need help please!

do what i did... go buy some black paint..some tape and a paper bag or sumthing to cover your paint/grill..and paint it yourself.. wetsand it befor you paint.. and there you go..spend maybe 15 bucks compared to $80+
