Default 98 S10 blazer heating system

I have a 98 Blazer and it will not blow any air through the floor ducts. It does blow through the defroster and the dash vents, the temp is not hot, barley warm when temp **** is on hot. The actuators are moving and appear to be working correctly. The heater core is flowing and not plugged. Any idea of the problem(s)?? Thanks

Hows your temp gauge? If it's not reading warm then your thermostat is probally stuck open.If it is reading good temp then make sure your blower is getting enough air(its own air filter). If air can't get through your your heater core it can't heat up your interior.Check to see that there is lots of air coming out of your vents. The floor heat could just be the actuator is not going over far enough. This may not have been much help but use process of elimination until you figure it out.I would check thermostat first.
