99 S10 Pickup - Multiple Probelems
 

Every time I start the truck it runs very rough until I can rev it up to 2000 rpm. Takes about 5 min and then I can go. When shifting gears I also lose power and it runs rough, and then it catches itself and runs fine.

Also, it seems hard to get it into gear, I really have to push to get it into first and second. To get it in reverse I have to turn off the truck and put it in R as the gears seem to always be turning.
