blazer issue please help

im having a bit of trouble with my blazer. its a s10 v6 vortec 4.3 4x4
has hot and cold air intake on it and a performance chip is the only mods ive done with it so far

here is what its doing, when i start it i have to prime the lines a bit then it will start, the pump is fine and the relays are fine, i drive it for about 30 mins, then after about 30 mins, it starts to give out, when i push the gas pedal to the floor it wants to die down, it looses all power and wants to die, i think its getting to hot and a censor is messing up or something,

does the altitude have anything to do with it, cause its an ohio car, and i moved to colorado and its giving me a bunch of crap,

hopefully someone can help me, thanks in advance

Call me crazy, but I had a similar problem, and believe it or not it was the gascap.
