Multiple electical symptoms (Please read)
 

My girlfriends 2000 blazer is acting very weird??? I'll describe the symptoms,has anyone had these problems too?

1. Blinker doesn't work at times.
2. (Key out/car off),pressing brake peddle makes : Radio comes on,gas gauge comes on.
3. (Truck running) turn off key and truck continues to run perfectly,until you barely tap the brake peddle causing to truck to turn off suddenly like using the ignition.
4. Diagnostic port under dash does not power up my code reader anymore. Yet it reads codes fine on my obd2 chevy.
5. (Car off with key in ignition) Press brake peddle causes weird buzz under glove box,sounds like a relay getting electrical pulses going "BZZZZ BBZZZZ BZZZZZZZZ" ???

All of these problems at once points to the stuff inside the sterring colume?

What do yo guy's think?

Does the truck have a remote starter or alarm installed?
