Problem with 2000 Blazer
I recently bought a 2000 Chevy Blazer with about 130k miles on it, I have had it for about 4 days, it ran great until suddenly one morning it wouldn't start, the whole thing was dead. Tried to jump start it, turns out the battery is fine, but there is a loud and obnoxious clicking coming from the transfer case under the dashboard. There doesn't seem to be any other problems from what I can see, COULD this be causing the Blazer to not start, and how or why? Should I just straight up replace the transfer case? I don't understand how that would stop the thing from running but then again I'm not insanely knowledgeable about this. Thanks in advance..

RE: Problem with 2000 Blazer
Sounds like either a bad starter, or poor connection between the starter and battery

Any suggestions what to do?

RE: Problem with 2000 Blazer
well.. does the engine try to turn over? if not, see if the wires at the battery have corrosion on them. if not try tapping the starter solenoid "it's on top of the start" while someone else tries to start..

Try thisfor starters! lol Swap the starter relay with the Horn relay and try it. If it works, buyyou a new relay and replace!
