Trim on the doors (outside)

How do i remove the trim (rubber trim on lower parts of doors outside) on the doors without having to damage them? Need to get them loose to fit new metal.

Nobody knows how to remove it? I´m fixing up the doors and replacing the lower sheet metal on the doors. Can it be glued on there or is it attached with something else? Much obliged with any answer.

Have a nice day :)

They are glued on and kind of hard to remove.

It was glued on there. Removed the rubber trims now with a razorblade. Went really well. :)
