1998 Tahoe, back of passenger seat broke
 

Hi, Out of the blue the back of my passenger seat broke. It flops both ways but will not lock into any position. As of now, I am trying to remove the seat. I have removed 3 of the bolts that hold the seat on, but the bolt that holds the back side next to the console is really difficult for me to get to. Not sure what comes next after I finally get the seat removed, but any advice and/or help on specifically how to get this last bolt off would really be appreciated. And if anyone can help me out with the actual repair of this seat, that would be great too. Thanks

haven't worked on a 98....wondering if the center console have to be removed to access the bolt? post some pics.
