2000 S-10 2.2 no spark weird issue
 

I am having issues trying to find answers to my problem. I have a s-10 that has no spark. The fuel pump is good, I can jump the relay and it kicks on. We have reset the pass lock and switched out the Ignition control module for a new one. Crankshaft sensor is new also. We have power at the ECM1 fuse. None of the wiring coming out of the ignition switch has power, but the dash lights come on and the truck turns over.

I need this truck to start up! This is the manual 2.2 btw.
