Coolant leaking from sealed port on the heads, help
 

2002 chevy blazer 4.3 v6 . I'm replacing the ever pesky intake manifold gasket and noticed the rear two ports in the valley on my heads are sealed which I believe is correct on this model and year.
But i am getting coolant seeping out of the back right port and i'm not sure what this means or how to safely solve this problem. any one have any ideas?
Is is supposed to be sealed? or is it just blockage? Do i need to reseal it some how?
