That means your right rear light assembly is not getting proper ground. Spoiler brake light is unrelated to this.

Yes you get white smoke when coolant is in exhaust, this can be a head gasket failure. Does not mean the coolant is mixing with oil.

OTOH, to troubleshoot this issue I'd start checking if the camshaft timing is correct. If it checks out fine the compression test is next.

If you really are confused whether you have fuel or ignition problem use starting fluid, if you can get it running for even a few seconds on starting fluid your ignition is OK.
