You really don't have to replace the radiator...

You really don't have to replace the radiator support, you just need to cut a little bit of it away with something like a dremel, or even a rotozip if you have one. Beyond that, probably not too hard...

I added cruise to mine. Mine is an '06, cargo van, so it didn't have any wiring from the factory.

From my research, the '07 and up had drive by wire and you could just add the column switch...

might have to use those tricks on my wife's impala. her wheels are staring to look pretty bad. I painted the wheels on my van with black bedliner material and it serves it's purpose.
