Default 2010 Chevy Malibu- Engine Power Reduced, Service ECS, and Service Traction **HELP**

today my 2010 Malibu was driving ok. i stopped and got gas. 5 min after the car started to bog and lost power on the dash display it said **Engine Power Reduced, Service ECS, and Service Traction** i was on the highway when it happened. so freakin scary when you going 70 in traffice and have to pull of to the side of the highway and cant pick up speed to merge. any advice on what it could be? i dont want to dump hundreds into it for something simple. i am a self/youtube taught mechanic with the mind set of it unbolts i am sure i can fix it. i have been reading around and 99% of people say either throttle body and or throttle position sensor. i just want so advice on what to stat with and if anyone else here has had the same issue. Please help and dont bash for my goals to be a mechanic. i dont know alot about cars but im not stupid either!!!

There is a recall for it. Contact your local Chevy dealership.
