Are there any new codes? Is it possible passlock is preventing start up of the engine?

there aren't any codes showing as it hasn't run long enough to go through its cycles. my bad on mentioning i found a phantom connector but nothing to plug it into. it is on the harness that has what appears to be an o2 sensor connector in it. kind of by the alternator. this is my parents car and i am not familiar with passlock. i suppose it could be but will have to look up more info on it.

Ok, starting at square one, when you turn the key to the "Run" position, do you hear the fuel pump run for a couple of seconds to pressurize the system?

tonight i did get the car started. didnt think it ran long enough to generate code but a 102 and 443 show now. mass air flow sensor has been replace and the evap canister solenoid has been replaced also. still runs a little rough but not dying like it did before since the cam position sensor was changed.

I would check the signals at the connector at the MAF sensor. If I recall correctly you should have Voltage, ground and output signal from the MAF that goes back to the ECM at the MAF connector.
