Default 2005 Chevy Tahoe won't let me fill gas

I have a 2005 Chevy Tahoe. My engine light is on and it sometimes tells me to tighten my gas cap. The vehicle will not let me fill my gas tank. It takes forever to put gas in and the pump will make the clicking sound every few seconds like the tank is full. I have replaced the solenoid valve and the canister. I have also replaced the purge valve. There was charcoal beads in the line. It still will not let me put gas in the tank. Does anyone have any helpful advise? Thanks!

the tank vent line must be clear...the tank vents out a plastic line to the canister, out the vent solenoid, out to a vent filter...this entire line must be clear...it may or may not be filled with beads or dirt. there is a kit to replace and relocate the filter from the filler neck to the top of the transmission bell housing.
