disc read error

I have a 2010 Suburban. I just bought it used. The DVD system seemed to be working fine watched the same movie a few times in it and then went to switch movies and got a disc read error. Tried different DVDs and same outcome. I have also tried the lens cleaner for DVD players still same error. Any help would be awesome!
