Default AC not blowing hard

I have a 2007 Chevy Silverado LT Crew Cab 4.8. The A.C. is blowing but not very strong. Cannot locate an in cabin filter. Fan changes speeds & air flows through all locations when we go through the dial. Is there a filter? Could it be the resistor? Thanks in advance for any insight/help.

if there is a cabin filter it should be behind the glove box....remove the glove box and inspect.
if not the filter, lower the blower motor from the hvac box and operate it...see if it spins fast. if not check for 12volts at the connector and for no voltage drop on the grd wire..... or ohm checked the wire to grd (switch on high)
