Default Idle RPM

Just curious what my idle RPM should be? Mine has been around the 500-600 when I'm sitting at red lights. Often feel the engine rumble is this normal for my 2007 Tahoe?

My experience with low idle on a 5.3 is fuel pressure regulator. This things sets on the fuel rail, or close to it with a vacuum hose. It's a diaphram, pull the hose, if you have fuel in it probably the diaphram has a hole causing the low idle.
