4.3 v6 s10 chokes up and kills after long rides.
Hello, I came here to try and figure out what is wrong with my 1992 Chevy s10 4.3L. I have a stage 2 jet performance chip installed. I run 89 through it. Sometimes it either doesn't want to start or when k take it on long road trips it starts to sputter on the road and when I come to an idle it chokes and kills. I habe to mash the gas to keep it alive when it does this. If it kills I can start it sometimes immediately after. After a few time it's stops all together and it smells like it's getting flooded. I already replaces all plugs, wires, cap and rotor, and ignition coil. I have changed the fuel filter. I read that it may be that my icm is going bad or overheating or I was thinking could be the chip and or air or fuel injectors. Please help!
